Shingle roofs on single-family homes and townhouses, and the metal and vinyl that hangs off them. Six things, each with how it actually goes.
Roof replacement
Full tear-off to the deck, new synthetic underlayment, ice and water barrier at the eaves and valleys, architectural shingles, ridge vent. Most Chicagoland roofs are done in one day and the dumpster leaves the next morning.
Roof repair
Missing tabs, lifted shingles, a cracked pipe boot, flashing at the chimney. Fixed and photographed, with the before and after shown to you so you can see what changed.
Storm and hail
After a storm we walk every slope and photograph the hits, the vents, and the gutters. You get the photos and a clear explanation, whether the answer is a repair, a replacement, or nothing yet.
Siding and gutters
Vinyl and fiber cement siding, seamless aluminum gutters run on site to the exact length, downspouts placed where the water actually goes instead of onto the walk.
Soffit and fascia
Aluminum wrap over sound wood, new vented soffit where the attic is not breathing, and rotten fascia replaced before the gutter goes back on. Nothing gets wrapped over rot.
Emergency tarping
Water coming in tonight? Call. We tarp the opening the same day and price the permanent fix afterward, so you are never deciding under a leak.

We walk you through what we found, with the photos, so you understand exactly what your roof needs and why.
- You call or send the form. Randy calls back the same day and sets a time that works for you.
- We get on the roof. Not a drone, not a look from the driveway, not a guess from the satellite.
- Photos of every slope, plus the flashing, the vents, the valleys, and the gutters.
- Within 48 hours we clearly explain what we found, with those photos, and give you one itemized price.
- One number. Materials, labor, disposal, permit. No allowance that grows later.
- No pressure. Read it, compare it, sleep on it. Randy does not call to chase.
